These terms outline the structure of Yaamo Travel's privacy policy. They are not final and can be reviewed.
1. Information we collect
Account details, passenger information for bookings, and payment metadata (not full card numbers, which are handled by our payment processor). If you choose to, we also save your own ID card or passport number to your account so it can be filled in on your next booking — it's stored encrypted, and you can view, replace or delete it at any time from your profile.
2. How we use it
To process bookings, issue e-tickets, provide customer support, and, with consent, send launch and product updates.
3. Sharing
Passenger and booking details are shared only with the relevant transport operator and payment processor, never sold to third parties.
4. Data security
Passenger and payment information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting contact@yaamo.org.
